Twinkle Tale - Six-button Support With Optional Strafe Shooting (Genesis) Romhack

Adds six-button controller support. By default the functions of A/B/C are mirrored onto X/Y/Z.
Optionally strafing while shooting via X/Y/Z can be enabled in the options menu.
This patch is tested to be compatible with the following other rom hacks:
