Maintenance started
Maintenance of the site in preparation for the migration has begun. You can no longer post content. Any profile changes made after this date will not be saved.
Website maintenance starting tomorrow
As you know if you follow the Discord server, the site has been rebuilt as an open-source project, moving away from WordPress. All data will be migrated, but to do so, I need to disable the posting of any new content on the site.
Starting tomorrow around 8 a.m. (UTC), the site will switch to “Read-only” mode. No content can be posted, either on the site or on the forum. If you make changes to your profile (such as changing your email address or password), they will not be saved. New registrations will also be disabled while the data is being migrated.
I hope this phase will last about 5 days. It might take less time, or it might take longer.
During the first few days of the migration, you’ll still be able to download files, but this feature will eventually be disabled or disrupted as well, since the API that manages files is also changing, and the new one won’t be compatible with WordPress.
At the end of the migration, there will be some site downtime while we set up the domain on the new server (Bye-bye, Hostinger).
Following the release of the new version of the site—which will be in beta since there may still be some bugs—I’ll make the Gitea repositories available if anyone wants to help with the platform’s development.
