PAL Audio Fix for Bare Knuckle III English Patch (Genesis) Romhack

This is the English translation of Bare Knuckle III for the Mega Drive but the audio and region/checksum sorted for PAL/50Hz hardware. The music will now sound the same as the Japanese or US versions but being played on 50Hz hardware instead.
