The monsters from King of the Monsters 2 started crushing the Streets of Rage in May of 2017. Max is Cyber Woo, Axel is Super Geon, and Blaze is Atomic Guy.
The sprites were captured from the Sega Genesis version of KOTM2 using the game’s animation viewer that can be legitimately accessed.
