Chocobo Land is a board game in the Final Fantasy / Chocobo franchise with mechanical similarities to Monopoly and Culdcept. It was originally released on the PS1 in 1999 as “Dice DE Chocobo” and ported to the GBA in 2002.
The GBA port was enhanced with more content and includes more units, spells and maps. The game has a story mode which guides the player through a tutorial and several scenarios, a free play / multiplayer mode that allows playing any map in any configuration, as well as an extensive postgame with more unlocks.
