This is a near-complete English translation of Captain Tsubasa 4:
- Aside from the title and some minor/non-recurring players (who are instead numbered based off their positions just like in the Famicom games) everything else has been translated into English(Moves, Team Names, Advice, Cutscenes for all 4 Routes)
- Some of the 2 player mode UI text are misaligned
- A few of the Info/Tactics have been altered to give hints that some players can learn new moves during certain matches
