Terranigma Improved Bosses (SNES) Romhack

Aims to Improve Bosses for a Better Experience for both New Players and Veterans.

Fixes the flaws of Bosses where being under level would result in doing 1-2 Damage.

Highly recommend trying this out if you’re looking for an improved way to play Terranigma
