Nineteen years… 19 YEARS this hack has been haunting me to fix it, and it’s finally done. Super Wario Bros. 3 is finally complete! Throw the old version away you’ll want this version. Go on, delete the old version.
This is mostly a graphic and bug fix, the levels haven’t been touched. There’s a few ASM hacks, like the sun attacks early, Bowser can kill you when he steps on you.
I also did some minor level editing like putting more fire flowers in the last level so it can be more fair when for the player. The items in the concentration game are set up differently. And the bug in world 2 map is gone.
Other minor touch up in some out of place graphics.
The soundtrack is a darker tone now.

Update: v2.1 the koopaling’s hit points in the airship is back to default, so thanks to MaCobra52’s patch now you can kill the pookaling with fireballs and the hammers if you manage to snag the hammer brother suit.
Update: v2.2 added a new castle graphic for World 2, most sprites and graphics in the vs. game are done. Retro Master HD added the Koopa Troopa sprite from JY’s Fuji Mario Bros.
