Starting from: Stephane Dallongeville’s audio patch, Pyron’s Remastered Edition, Lord Hiryu’s Hyper Champion Edition
A balance between what looks good on the console and remaining faithful to the arcade version.
Changes on fonts, HUD, mode selection icons (drawing from Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins).
New sprite palettes, some changes to M. Bison’s “Psycho Crusher” (just graphical changes: the aura surrounding the character now changes color depending on the frame), changes on Sagat’s sprite (the shorts and his smile).
New portrait icons in the character selection.
Stages largely based on Pyron’s work (especially Ken, ChunLi, and Vega’s stages, the bonus stages, and the people in Guile’s stage). In E. Honda’s stage, tiles from both Pyron and Lord Hiryu. Other tiles are also copied here and there. Improvements in all stages an endings.
