This patch for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks tweaks a few gameplay elements to make the overall experience smoother and less frustrating, especially during those more tedious parts of the game.

• Train Speed Adjustments: The second gear and reverse speeds have been increased by 1.5x, with an optional Boost Mode triggered by holding L or R, boosting speed to 4x. For those who want to fly across the map, holding both L and R in second gear cranks the speed up to 8x.
• Mic Blow Button Mod: If you’re tired of blowing into the mic to play the flute, this mod lets you fake it. Use L or R while playing the flute, or press X or Up in other scenarios where the mic is required.
• Secret Cheat Code: There’s also a hidden cheat activated by pressing L + R + B + Down in the Treasures screen. It doesn’t work for every treasure type, so some things will still need to be earned the usual way.

The goal is to keep the game fun without feeling like you’re breaking it. It works with the European and USA versions of Spirit Tracks and can be applied via a BPS patching tool, or by using the included Action Replay cheats if you’re playing on an emulator or flash card.
