This is a ROM hack of a homebrew game (if that makes sense). The popular homebrew called ”Final Fight MD” by Mauro Xavier that dropped at Christmas 2025 version 0.92b.

This ROM hack by the cheeky community hacker known as ”God Mode” adds invincibility to your character, this means you cannot get hurt at all by any physical touching of the enemies, however when enemies throw projectiles at you you still lose life. You can still throw enemies like normal and punch and kick, their responses just don’t connect and have been disabled.

It’s quite fun putting the difficulty on ”Mania” and just bashing your way through waves and waves of bad guys and they can’t touch you including the bosses.

NOTES:

This is not a hack of the final version. This patch only works with the Christmas 2025 0.92b version so make sure you have the right build.

This patch works on real hardware from start to finish 100% tested by me. No issues.
