Mirrored here for archival purposes. Chocobo Knuckle III was my early attempt at ROM Hacking Bare Knuckle III back in early 2013, and yes I had to make the game skip the title screen due to a reason I’ll discuss below.
Editing Blaze in BKIII would cause various problems, such as doing a combo finisher with the Y button crashing the game, or the game going back to the title screen after the character select screen on actual hardware or more accurate emulators (Gens is advised for this hack). I have not found a way to fix these problems, for the time being.
Sammy is Chocobo, Blaze is Shiroma/Shirma, Victy is a Moogle, and Neo-X is… Kefka?!
