Thank you very much for the work of everyone involved in this translation. I have a small suggestion to do: could you please upload this file to other servers than mega? Mega has limits regarding how many GBs you can download and in rare ocasions they block downloads for no reason. This site allows you to upload the file to multiple servers if you want it https://multiup.io/
So I tried to patch it using different methods and an error keeps popping out, it seems like the patch doesn't match with the game's file but, the strange thing is that there's just one Captain Tsubasa J GINT game, what could it be?
Cheers! I'm new to Star Fox so I'm trying to play the original game through your hack before going to the new stuff but it keeps crashing on the Space Armada stage, the third one in the original route, my emulator is Snes9x 1.62.3 and SuperFX Clock Speed is 400% and CPU Overclock is at Max. Is it a problem on my end?
Yes, the problem is logically solved. Synchronization was successful. After that, I'll have to wait and see if the problem is solved the next few days. ;)
Normally, the problem had been solved, but perhaps the Cron task had decided to do it to me in reverse. x) That's why I check new entries to see if there are any problems on both servers.
The file must have been uploaded while I was making server synchronization settings. So the file must have been deleted by the synchronization. If you can resend it.
Almost coincidentally I just uploaded a hack for Super Mario RPG that does the exact opposite of this patch.
I haven't necessarily tested it. I just put an entry to check that the synchronization between “Orphée” and “Ulysee” (the two file servers) was correct. ;)
There is a review on RHDN that doesn't recommend this hack because the game runs too fast after applying the patch. In fact this seems to be one of the few games that were converted correctly to the PAL format.
Does your system have a modchip? Because that may be the cause. LostOkina did the testing on real hardware and he was able to play it using the swap trick. Unfortunately when its English patch eventually comes out that will not work for PopoRogue.
Not sure why these disappeared from the site, but I'm glad to see these hacks and the author reappear. These are some of the best Castlevania hacks I've ever played as they significantly reduce the tedious grinding present in the IGAvanias while simply just fixing long standing issues that were present in the game for years. Hopefully more people that want to go back and play these titles discover these hacks as well for the best experience.
Patch is not working for me, using Floating IPS on the correct CRC ROM as listed here and it just boots to a red screen, and if I fix the checksum it just corrupts and freezes during the intro.

Thanks for the updated translation patch, much appreciated. So far it works fine in Mednafen, but I did notice the intro FMV wasn't subtitled, be nice to see subs added if possible. On that note, I have noticed that the FMVs in this game have black bars, would increasing the frame size would cause quality / disc spave issues? https://github.com/SnowyAria/Translation_Scripts/tree/master/Console_Specific/PS1/STR%20Subtitle%20Applier Did you try using this tool for the currently unsubtitled lines? https://imgur.com/a/HxUc3C7 Here's a few lines I saw that seemed slightly clunky and could use some rephrasing. Are some of these shortened from the Japanese because of no VWF? Maybe adding extra dialogue IDs could help?
