First released in October of 2016.
Taking place after the events of Streets of Rage 2: Girls’ Paradise, Candra and her robot clone Sandra seek to defeat Neo Chaos. A robot clone of Yuri is also around the whereabouts of Wood Oak City. A few of the cutscenes have their compressed art edited.
Despite the readme, I wasn’t quite finished with producing Streets of Rage ROM Hacks yet.
