The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

This patch features a completely reworked translation from the original Japanese text, a new title screen based on the Japanese box art, and all the glitchy goodness of the Japanese 1.0 version. Some additional improvements:

• Sanctuary entrance restored

• Kholdstare ice fade-out fixed

• 7 character filenames

• Fixed misaligned credit text

• Hylian glyphs and sign arrows from the Japanese version

• Revamped text system which displays faster than all other versions

SPECIAL PATCHING INSTRUCTIONS: Open the included .html file in any browser and drag+drop the requested ROMs into the window. The input ROMs may be headered or unheadered and can have any filename – the correct files will be recognized automatically. When you click “Generate ROM”, the patched ROM will be saved like a file download.
