Wolverine – Adamantium Redux is a massive balance patch to the 1994 Sega Genesis game Wolverine – Adamantium Rage.
Changes:

*All Attacks universally deal 7% damage to Wolverine
*Animation speed increased on all attacks
*Jumping height increased
*Wolverine deals more damage to basic enemies
*Wolverine turns around instantly when turning from an Idle stance
*Increased invincibility frames against flying drones.
*Elsie Dee timer permanently disabled
*SRAM Save feature
Saving:
Game saves after every life lost.
Loading:
At the main menu, press up and enter X-Tra Help. Select Load Game.
NOTE:
Game will crash if no prior save is detected.

2.Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding IPS file
