We got another hack for you. I came across this prototype game for the Atari 2600 called Los Angeles which happens to be a PAL version prototype. When I played it. it was already a complete game, Just with a different name. whilst made as a PAL version. The official release is called Track & Field which surprisingly, it was only released in NTSC.
I took it upon myself to ROM hack this by not only changing the colour palette values at specific addresses. But sprite edited the game title screen to say Track & Field. This is kinda like what if this was the finished PAL version of the game if it was ever released in the PAL regions?
I made it as close as I can to the official NTSC release but in PAL 50Hz.
ENJOY.
Game works wonders on any emulator (Especially Stella)
