The Punisher – Final Payback is a mod of The Punisher for NES. Its purpose is to ease the high level of difficulty to allow for casual play while still maintaining a degree of challenge.
Changes Made:
*Health Pickups give back more health
*Ammo pickups give much more ammo
*Punisher moves much faster across the screen when holding a pistol or machine gun (wielding a Bazooka will understandably slow Frank down.)
How to Patch:
1.Grab a copy of The Punisher (USA)
2.Grab Floating IPS https://rhpz.org/FLIPS
3.Patch your rom with the included IPS file
