Street Fighter II – Realism Edition MD is a patch for Street Fighter II’ – Special Champion Edition that alters gameplay to create a fast paced and tense experience!
Differences From Street Fighter II’ – Special Champion Edition

*Special Moves are disabled. (Although The computer can and will use them, making single player that much harder. Good Luck!)
*Round time has been reduced to 30 seconds
*Players Health Bars have been reduced to 1/3 health. (Two heavy attacks will be enough to end a match)
*Lifebars are gone!
Patching Instructions:
1.Obtain a copy of Street Fighter II’ – Special Champion Edition (USA).md
2.Obtain Floating Ips (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch rom with Included IPS File
