Sonic 2 Community's Cut (4:3) (Genesis) Romhack

This is a ROM Hack that converts Sonic 2 Community’s Cut ROM Hack from 16:9 to 4:3, proving on glitches with is graphics and also broken screen aspect.

Someone has been making it and sharing on SSRG, I forgot the name of certain person that made it and is still making it. If you know for more updates, feel free to tell me.
