Ninja Gaiden 'n' Slash aims to make the game a bit more hardcore.

✅ Gameplay has become slightly faster. ✅ Enemies and bosses move faster and deal more damage. ✅ Some enemy sprites have been changed, as has Ryu's sprite. ✅ The number of attack frames has been reduced, so all of Ryu's attacks are equivalent to canceling a sword strike. ✅ When the last three bosses die, the player returns to 6-3. ✅ The colors of some levels and cutscenes have been changed. ✅ Boss 1 has a chance of taking damage or even dying, so don't get too close. ✅ The number of Ryu's IFrames has been slightly increased. ✅ The Masked Devil boss can be killed in 6 hits; he will respawn, but this will give you more time to attack the sphere.
