Small tweaks applied to Mortal Kombat II for 32X:

• a color tweak to the acid pool color (a little bit less green, it was too lime green)
• 6 button controllers enabled by default
• cheat/test menu enabled by default

1. Grab a copy of Mortal Kombat II (32X) (W) (Jan 1995) [!].32x
2. Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3. Patch your rom with the corresponding IPS file
