This hack restores some features that were dummied out of Mega Man/Rockman’s Soccer. It does three things:

• Restores the endings to the Capcom Championship and Tournament Mode

• Allows you to play as Dr. Wily in Exhibition (see readme)

• Allows you to set the Time and Special Shots up to 99 in the Options menu

Two patches are included — one for the U.S. version of the game and one for the Japanese version.
