Restores Japanese vocals to the Opening song (taken from the European Collector’s Edition release, so no Japanese subtitles unfortunately)
Patch onto an unmodified, redump-matching US copy of “Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 (Greatest Hits)”, NOT the regular, non-Greatest Hits version. If you’re not sure, GH has japanese voices as an option.
Patch via DeltaPatcher >= 3.1.3. xDelta/xDeltaUI might work, but I haven’t tested it.
CHANGELOG:

-Remade patch from scratch, now the resulting ISO’s file order & sectors match the original game and can properly fill a DVD. A good burn should now perform similar to an original disc.
