Crash Fixes for Chrono Trigger: Prophet's Guile (SNES) Romhack

Hack Info

When played in any emulator other than ZSNES, Prophet’s Guile crashes during a cutscene transition when teleporting out of Zeal.
It also crashes during the ending sequence.
This patch is intended to fix both crashes in the other emulators.
IMPORTANT! It’s recommended to shorten the filename of patched rom to avoid issues.
