Game saves after each level completed.
Loading:
Enter options. Then start game normally.
How to Patch:

1.Grab a copy of Castlevania – Dracula X (USA).sfc
2.Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding BPS file
