It's a magnificent looking hack! The colours give more life to the maps especially the hell tile maps which look really good! The pinkish tinge on the Ending credit Lemming with the sign post looks vastly superior to the original cream tinged Lemming in the official release. The level title fixes also help to bring it closer to the Amiga original. Well done J. Russell.
Reviews are editable. There was just a problem comparing variables to see if you're the author. Normally, the problem is solved, thanks for reporting it.
Dang, I just noticed that I made a small mistake in my review for this translation. Where it says "unlike the original SNES DBZ titles", this should have been "the original NES DBZ titles", not SNES. What I meant to say was that the SNES version doesn't require the use of cards to move around like the NES RPG titles did. Too bad reviews can't be edited. Not sure why this is though, as all other posts and submitted content is.
I changed a few things on Rankmath, but logically, it should be fine. Just hope Google doesn't get too picky. A lot of pages aren't indexed yet, and will be as time goes by.
But one thing I've been tired of hearing for a long time, everything is a matter of business, which pays more, shows up more, I don't doubt that.
The site needs a way of sorting and comparing different patches for the same game the URLs have the same meaning even when the patches are different. The dejap translation is classic, but the most recent is on another page https://romhackplaza.org/translations/bahamut-lagoon-english-translation-super-nintendo/
I noticed the same thing. No search results from here are listed on Google unless you specifically search for this site's name.
Google continues to boycott this site (at least here in my country), I typed 'Megaman The Wily Wars Redux/Definitive Edition' (my hack) and only the old version posted on RHDN appeared in the result, this is very complicated, isn't it?
Wow, I'm here, and I'm hoping this doesn't go down again like the last one. I am already aware of this before romhacking.net stops production or shut down but I'll say that its still up there.
Im so glad a website like this still exist. As someone who loves to play romhacks, RHDO meant the world to me, crazy to think a website i though would always have my back could disappear
Hopefully with everything, this change brings the community together. That's all I can hope for. That's why I've registered here.
In a fair world, yes. And for what its worth, I said at the time and still maintain that he did not have to leave. He went out a hero and deserves so much respect for what he did.
I really don't understand the need for any of this. Spike shouldn't have had to leave, he did absolutely nothing wrong. Personally speaking, I fully 100% stand by him and really hope he returns and notices that he has a lot of support from people who truly understand the situation, and have looked past the lies of certain other bad websites and the disreputable children that make false accusations and run away, destroying many people's effort selfishly. And now this site is changing it's name for no reason? This is all very unfair. But nevertheless I 100% support this site, even if it's changing it's name and even if Spike leaves. Though in a fair and just world, I personally believe this site should be able to rename itself BACK to RHDO, and Spike should feel free to return and be supported in this new era of romhack archiving.
Absolutely amazing translationm the team worked hard on this and it shows. This game has quickly become one of my SNES RPG favourites, go POYON! Thanks DD

I really love the work and effort has been put to this hack. I absolutely love a challenge on this. Absolutely love how you have implemented the VGM from other games to make this pop out more. The change of the sky colour palette really goes well here rather than always having the Mid blue one from the original. It's a honour and pleasure to help out on this to make this version the best one yet. If anything mate. You did more of the work with the level designs to extend it which I know was more work. I'm really glad it's now officially on the database for everyone else to try. You're welcome Adrian. ^^ Best Regards, Josho
