This is the base that Sarah Shinespark used in her current mod. This was done to assist her initially and I decided to release it as a standalone patch! :)
Is this much different from the Rainponcho & Sarah Shinespark FastROM patch?
For some reason all 3 don't work on GenesisPlusGX core but do somehow on picodrive with only Japanese and European versions not having graphical issues

Check the hash of the release compared to the hash of your iso (use the rom hasher tool under tools)

why by some games is a online patch available and others not ?
