Almost coincidentally I just uploaded a hack for Super Mario RPG that does the exact opposite of this patch.
I haven't necessarily tested it. I just put an entry to check that the synchronization between “Orphée” and “Ulysee” (the two file servers) was correct. ;)
There is a review on RHDN that doesn't recommend this hack because the game runs too fast after applying the patch. In fact this seems to be one of the few games that were converted correctly to the PAL format.
Does your system have a modchip? Because that may be the cause. LostOkina did the testing on real hardware and he was able to play it using the swap trick. Unfortunately when its English patch eventually comes out that will not work for PopoRogue.
Not sure why these disappeared from the site, but I'm glad to see these hacks and the author reappear. These are some of the best Castlevania hacks I've ever played as they significantly reduce the tedious grinding present in the IGAvanias while simply just fixing long standing issues that were present in the game for years. Hopefully more people that want to go back and play these titles discover these hacks as well for the best experience.
Patch is not working for me, using Floating IPS on the correct CRC ROM as listed here and it just boots to a red screen, and if I fix the checksum it just corrupts and freezes during the intro.
I just uploaded an update, including a BPS for the (Europe) version. I tested it and it seems to contain teh bugfixes from Greiga Masters Update 2, so this should be good to go.

Cheers! I'm new to Star Fox so I'm trying to play the original game through your hack before going to the new stuff but it keeps crashing on the Space Armada stage, the third one in the original route, my emulator is Snes9x 1.62.3 and SuperFX Clock Speed is 400% and CPU Overclock is at Max. Is it a problem on my end?
