Evil Zone USA Undub (PlayStation) Romhack

This patch undubs and restores the Japanese soundtrack to the game.

There are 2 patches, one for the unpatched game and other for the decensor patch.

09-26-2025: fixed the prologue not being the correct length for the japanese narration.
