Sega Genesis Patch Applier

A program for applying IPS patches to Sega Genesis games. The program is delivered as a ready-made executable file. You don’t need to install Python on your computer — everything you need is already included in the package.

Just click the “Apply Patches” button — the program will automatically guide you through all the necessary steps:

1. Selecting a ROM file
2. Specifying a folder with IPS patches
3. Defining a folder to save
4. Choosing patches
5. Applying changes

System requirements:

• Windows 10/11 (64-bit versions)

Included versions:
• Russian version (Patch Applier by drakula1912ru.exe)
• English version (Patch Applier by drakula1912eng.exe)

Each version provides the same functionality with language-specific interface and instructions. Choose the version that corresponds to your preferred language for a more comfortable user experience.
