4bpp BMP converter to 16×16 lineal 4bpp tile data for Psikyo’s 1st generation arcade hardware (Besides the title inside “Game name” field, Samurai Aces/Sengoku Ace, Tengai/Sengoku Blade: Sengoku Ace Episode II, Gunbird and Battle K-Road were also released for this platform) and its some korean most probable clones (Baryon – Future Assault, Cute Fighter, Rolling Crush, Gaia – The Last Choice of Earth, Dream World).
In addition to tile data, the tool also generates an RGB555 palette file, converted from source BMP palette.
