Patching Instructions

Hack Info

The JP Remix mod makes passwords no longer show when you game over in Kids mode. This restoration patch allows passwords to show at all difficulty levels: Kids, Normal, and Challenge.
The JP Remix mod disables password entry in Kids mode. This restoration patch allows passwords to be entered at all difficulty levels.
The JP Remix mod enables the full ending sequence even in Kids mode. This restoration patch reverts to the shortened ending sequence in Kids mode.
As shown in the screenshots and showcase video, the Kids mode is fully restored while preserving the improvements made by the JP Remix mod.
Important: it’s recommended to shorten the filename of patched rom to avoid issues.
