This is a simple patch designed for Batman Returns that doubles the amount of damage inflicted on enemies and players. Comes in two patches:
Players and Enemies:

Players and enemies recieve extra damage.
Enemies Only:

Only enemies recieve extra damage.
How to Patch:

1.Grab a copy of Batman Returns (USA).sfc (No-Intro)
2.Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding BPS file
