A complete English translation patch for the second game in the PopoloCrois trilogy for the PlayStation 1.
This time around, Prince Pietro as well as the rest of the PopoloCrois Kingdom get a nasty surprise when the whole land surrounding the castle town is foisted into the skies and vanishes into a dream-based world with all of them inside. What can Pietro do to solve this situation, as well as the unforeseen problems being in this new world brings to everyone? And what does King Paulo’s past have to do with this new turmoil?
PopoRogue is a departure from the previous PopoloCrois game, incorporating dungeon crawler elements to the mix. Dungeons are made of winding hallways where enemies are visible and will block your paths and chase you down. Your party is made up of mercenaries for hire that you find and recruit as you explore the world.
This patch also modifies the base game to allow for 100% completion by allowing access to items that previously could only be obtained with a save from a PopoRogue Demo Disc and by using the PocketStation. Additionally, several monster spawn points were modified so many monsters aren’t relegated solely to post-game encounters.
