Streets of Rage 3 Changeable Character (Genesis) Romhack

This IPS patch is a simple patch that allows you to change your character at any time during the game in Street of Rage 3 (USA) and Bare Knuckle III (Japan) for the Genesis and Mega Drive.

There are two different patches for each game.
CHANGE_Z :
Z – Change the character with back attack
B+C – Only back attack
CHANGE_B+C :
Z – Only back attack
B+C – Change the character with back attack

Version 1.01
Fixed the bug that the player changed to the character chose first when the scene changes.
