Pokémon Sapphire - European Font (Game Boy Advance) Romhack

The English R/S font is infamously known for its tall letters and weird spacing.
When Ruby and Sapphire was localized in Europe, its font was redesigned completely
making it nicer looking to the eye. This patch ports the European font over English R/S.
This patch is a must for vanilla R/S.
