Pokémon Crystal - Pikachu Edition

Pokémon Crystal – Pikachu Edition brings the most iconic Pikachu features from Pokémon Yellow into Pokémon Crystal. Pikachu is now your only starter and follows you throughout your journey, complete with expressive pop-up animations, unique cries, and the classic mood progression system. Your partner Pikachu also receives improved stats and, just like in Pokémon Yellow, refuses to evolve with a Thunder Stone.

The latest 2.0.0 version changelog:

• Cheat menu accessible by pressing SELECT in the options menu
• Cerulean Cave restored from Pokemon Yellow and housing Mewtwo
• The three Legendary birds starts roaming Kanto after obtaining 16 badges
• GS-Ball is obtained in goldenrod pokemon center after beating the Elite Four
• Special Mew side-quest unlocked after catching all other legendaries, beating Red and obtaining 16 badges. Start it by talking with Professor Oak
• Changes made to Pikachu spawning behavior and behavior in case of approaching NPC's, Pickachu will jump out of the way of approaching NPC to prevent overlapping sprites.
• many other bugfixes (but might be bugs that I have not discovered so feel free to report them if you find any)
