This is a simple patch designed for Mega Man X3 that doubles the amount of damage inflicted on enemies. Comes with compatible Addenum patch for Zero Project v4.8.

How to Patch:

1.Grab a copy of Mega Man X3 (USA).sfc (No-Intro)

MMX3_ZPV4.8.sfc
2.Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding BPS file
