Description

There are unused Japanese logos for the Title Screen, Best Records Screen & for the Extra Mode Title Screen. The unused logos match the box art logo. This hack enables all 3 of those. Credit to vervalkon on The Cutting Room Floor Wiki. This simple patch was created as an easier way to enable the Japanese Logos.
