Mario Bros. (Classic Series) PAL to NTSC Conversion

This hack changes the "Classic Serie" version / European Revision adjusts the music and gameplay speed back to match the 60Hz NTSC refresh rate, everything is now smooth at 60Hz and more closely accurate to Arcade original just like Kaettekita Mario Bros. (a Japanese-only updated Famicom Disk System port of the NES port)

It includes: 1.Adjusted music and sound effects back to original NTSC pitch, 2.Enemies movement speed is now same as NTSC original when playing in NTSC mode, 3.Slipice freezing sprites fix, 4.Reset fix, 5.A separate patch applies to the game included in infidelity's NES Super Mario All-Stars homebrew, 6.and NSF as a bonus.
