This patch is designed to add a simple saving mechanism to Kid Chameleon. This hack was built using Sonic Retro’s Kid Chameleon Disassembly.

How to use
——————–
1.The Game saves after every completed level
2.To Load game, pause and select restart level. Life penalty has been removed.

BUGS
——————–
On real hardware, trying to load a game upon first boot without first beating a stage will send you to a random point in the game. Every save after level 1 will work as intended.

This bug is present in:
*Real hardware via flashcart
*BlastEm
*Bizhawk

This bug is not present in:
*Gens
*Kega
*Genesis Plus GX
*Regen

*Exodus will produce a black screen

How to Patch:

1.Grab a copy of Kid Chameleon (USA, Europe).md
2.Grab Floating IPS (https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1040/)
3.Patch your rom with the corresponding BPS file
