Bloody Roar 3: Uncensored Blood & English Kohryu / Uranus (PlayStation 2) Romhack

This is a simple .pnach injection for the U.S. release which restores the game’s blood to its original, higher level present in the Japanese original. It also includes the unused English dubs of Kohryu and Uranus. Their lip-syncing is often incorrect because these dubs were never implemented in the final game.

Credit goes to BloodRaynare for their initial undub patch which included the .pnach codes for the English voices, as well as their implementation of the uncensored blood code. I’ve simply injected the .pnach codes to make them permanent, and not included the undub part of their patch.
