Here’s one for the NTSC-U Sega Genesis region. This is a simple patch that removes the region lock of the PAL version and changes the region to that of (U) USA so people playing this game on an NTSC-U Sega Genesis now have the options screen added on the title screen with sound test just like the PAL version.
