Romhacks Streets of Rage 3 – PAL Audio Fix (Genesis) Romhack

The European release of Streets of Rage 3 had some correction made for the audio to be played at 50Hz instead of 60Hz but wasn’t 100% accurate. This hack is fixed that so if the PAL release of Streets of Rage 3 is played it will sound no different to the Japanese or US releases.
