The program converts the palette from 24bpp to 15bpp and vice versa. 15bpp little endian palette – uses in GameBoy Advance, PlayStation games. 15bpp big endian palette – uses in Sega Genesis/Mega drive, Sega Saturn games. More information in readme file.
