This is the Sonic in Knuckles Chaotix hack created by JJFTails but applied to the PAL release of Knuckles Chaotix. This isn’t the NTSC ROM converted to PAL but instead the hack changes applied to the PAL ROM. Tested on both Kega Fusion and my PAL 32X, Kega Fusion warns about checksum but my 32X booted the game without issue. Original hack – https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/399/
