Can someone identify some kanji?

The image I linked here is from the NES port of Maison Ikkoku. I want to make a script dump for the game, but I have yet to complete my table file. I managed to identify several characters myself, but there are quite a bit that are difficult for my Latino gaijin butt to decipher. I'll need someone who can help identify the 8-bit kanji characters in this script so that I can complete my table file. If anyone can help out with this, please let me know.

Thank you so much, Recca! Thanks to your help, I managed to finish with all kanji except for two. One that's marked "6F" (the last kanji in the sixth row) and one marked "7F" (the last kanji in the seventh row).
