Rockman 2 ASM Tutorial (Color Palette) – Document

This document lists most of the hex strings for the color palettes of enemies, hazards, some of the fortress bosses and the addresses for Rockman’s default color palette. It also lists a couple of other ways to edit the game’s colors and includes links to a level editor for Rockman 2 and a video tutorial.
