How to Patch:
1.Grab a copy of The Addams Family(U)
2.Grab Floating IPS (https://rhpz.org/FLIPS)
3.Patch you rom with the included BPS file
Addams Family – Afterlife Edition is a hack designed to improve gameplay in several ways.
Below is a list of details of what exactly has been changed.
Changes:
+Gomez no longer slides when you stop walking for better control
+Gomez can now select weapons with the L and R buttons!
+Gomez keeps his weapons after taking damage
+Gomez can now jump higher
+Gomez starts with 10 lives instead of 5
+A couple new hints to help you out
+9 Lives Password Glitch has been fixed (Credit to Parasyte)
-Certain SFX have been removed such as the repeating sword SFX, gomez’s hurt SFX and turning SFX
-Holding onto a weapon no longer grants an extra hit point.
-Speed Shoes are no longer work. (Enabling them would grant Gomez invincibility)
